Tony Vitello, who has SEC ties like myself, and Jayce Tingler, with whom I worked in Minnesota last year, are part of this new regime. Starting fresh with familiar faces makes the transition smoother. The opportunity, the personnel—the entire package just clicked into place. It’s rare in this sport to find everything aligning so perfectly, so I’m incredibly happy it worked out.'
